One of my earliest memories of Lake Tahoe is driving through with my family as a child, dressed in shorts and a tank top as snow began to fall around us. I still remember the surprise of it, the beauty, the contrast and the feeling that Tahoe was unlike anywhere else.

Years later, my husband and I became engaged at D.L. Bliss State Park and were married at West Shore Café. Tahoe has been woven into some of the most meaningful moments of my life, long before it became the place we chose to call home.

My husband and I have taken an intentionally immersive approach to understanding the communities around Lake Tahoe. After renting our own home, we chose to live in different areas around the lake, including Kingsbury, South Lake Tahoe and Homewood, to experience each community as residents rather than occasional visitors. Living in these neighborhoods has given me a deeper understanding of their character, access, amenities and everyday rhythms, perspective that cannot be gained from listings or market data alone.

I also bring firsthand experience as a homeowner, renovator, real estate investor and property manager. I have renovated two of my own homes, transformed them into investment properties and personally managed their operations. That experience has given me practical knowledge of renovation decisions, property presentation, guest experience, short-term rental strategy and the realities of owning and operating an income-producing property.
